What visa can I apply to?What’s the best thing to do?

So,I’m an 18 year old student from Finland,I’ve just visited Japan and I loved it.I’ve been wanting to move there for a long time now,but that just sealed the deal.I researched some visa options and it seems like you need a bachelor’s degree for most of them. The education system in Finland is a little different from most countries, given that it has an “upper secondary education”where you at 15-16 go to either something like a college and study a blue collar job,or you go to sixth form, which is more like an extension to high school where you can choose most of the classes that you do.I went to both, first sixth form for a year, then I went to study baking arts for a year and a half, got a partial degree in cafe service, completed the basic food industry course and now I’m going back to finish online sixth form. Are there any visas I can apply for after I finish sixth form?Should I get a bachelor’s degree in something and apply for a work visa instead? That’s probably gonna take some time but I heard that to teach english in Japan I can get a degree in literally anything and that’ll be enough,so there’s that. I just need some tips and opinions,I’m a little lost rn.
