Should I mention this for my WHV ?

Hi, I’m applying for a WHV on the 19th, and in the program I wrote that I have a Japanese girlfriend and that I’ll spend some time living with her (but not exclusively as I’ll need to move a lot, but when I’ll be in the area where she is I’ll be with her basically) since she wants to take me in.

I know for these applications they can feel uneasy over some specific kind of details, so should I keep that part in or not ?

Also, rather than doing a month-by-month planning on where I’m going to stay I’ve been a little more general, I wrote 4 places where I’ll be staying in total but I’ll alternate multiple times between them during my stay making it hard to do a month-by-month explanation, I wrote a lot more places I’d like to visit though. The French applications don’t seem to ask for the month-by-month stuff but I’ve seen english application forms do so.

In the planning I wrote that I’m basically going to visit a lot of museums and temples around Japan and meet a lot with three particular experts in traditional arts to learn from their insight on History. Do you guys think it’ll be okay or should I write a “regular tourist” planning ?
