Tomorrows forecast for Kawaguchiko: high of 34C with over 35% chance of snow hourly all day, is it a wash?

Really wanted to go via bus to explore Kawaguchiko, the wind and ice cave, and maybe Aokogahara Forest but I don’t know if the weather would a hindrance both on foot or on the buses. Does anyone have experience/knowledge how the area tends to be in this type of weather? TIA
