More specifically, I was wondering if they had a uniform policy in the 1990s, the reason I ask here rather than emailing the school itself is because I was worried they’d be creeped out by me asking, since I know for a fact that back in the 80s and 90s Okinawan elementary schools had a big problem with predators hanging around waiting till the students got out at the end of the day.
