I want to get into rowing. Perhaps I should start with an erg: but the thing is I can’t find a single erg machine near my gyms and I don’t want to reach out to gyms at Shinjuku/Shibuya.
I looked around on the internet for classes but couldn’t really find one that’s still available today. Most rowing clubs are university-team and I couldn’t find a public one where I can join. I know rowing isn’t a common sport (at all) in Japan but is there hope in me? Also for those who to the gym, is there an erg machine?
