What is the best job that will let me stay in Okinawa? What does the base need more of? I want to work on base and don’t want to get moved around to different countries. What should I study in college that the base will always need me for?
I was thinking of joining the military for the chance to be stationed in Okinawa, but my dad said that’s stupid because the military will station me whenever they need me. My dad told me I should look into Department of Defense jobs instead. After all the research on it I still don’t understand or know what to study for that Okinawa needs. Maybe a nurse? School teacher? I feel clueless. Any help or insight is appreciated thank you!!
PS. I am desperate to live in Okinawa because that is where my mom lives. We miss each other so much.
