Pricey but top tier sushi restaurant I went to with my girl and daughter when I did a show in Austin. 1. Harasu Hamachi, Otoro, Sake/Fatty Salmon 2. Oyster with uni, ikura, Ossetra Sturgeon Caviar and the best beer of all time Asahi Kuronama 3. Otoro detail marbling 4. Receipt for Tax purposes 😉
My daughter was only 2 at the time and she loves Ikura. I never thought I’d spend $62 on a single meal for a toddler that’s only been eating solid food for a year and a half 😂
