Hi everyone. I will be having a trip to Osaka/Kyoto/Nara from 9th-19th April 2024. I’ve read many cherry blossoms forecast that blooming will happen earlier this year due to warmer temperature (around late March till very early April for the Kansai Region)
It seems that the Sakura season will be past it’s peak, or possibly almost over by the time I arrive there at 9th April. Would there any alternatives or places I could visit around Kansai that would still allow me to experience full bloom cherry blossoms at this period? Or perhaps any recommendations for specific places that have different species of sakura that blooms a little later than usual?
