Hello,
I am holding a engineering visa (not PR) and I will be departing from Japan permanently in March and my visa will be expiring in September this year. I will submit a moving out notice to the ward office and apply for Pension Lumpsum withdrawal before leaving Japan.
At the airport, I am planning not to mark “leaving Japan permanently” for some xx reasons. I am 99% sure that I won’t come back at all and let visa expire.
Would this be an issue for processing of pension lumpsum withdrawal?
