30s male, first time traveling alone to Tokyo at the end of April, Looking for Hotel advice

To get right to it, I just got cleared for 2 weeks of vacation time at the end of April, I’ve got money saved up for a big trip and i’m single and traveling for the first time in lets call it 12 years. So I’m going to Tokyo. 10 real days likely. I love the cultural aspects of life in the city of tokyo. My instant wants are….

\- Tokyo Dome (Baseball game?)

\- Tokyo Disneysea (1 day)

\- Golden Gai (maybe more than one night)

\- Pro Wrestling Event / similar (Korakuen Hall?)

\- Noodles and Ramen shops of note

\- Social scenes for 30 somethings that aren’t too touristy. Local music shows would be amazing.

\- Arcade and video game culture

\- Maybe the Ueno Zoo

\- To see the nature and history of Tokyo, but 1-3 days of my stay are likely here as my wants lie more in the bright lights / big city on this trip.

I really want an area that has a nightlife where I can go from entertainment to my hotel without much hassle. Obviously close to a station. I want to explore without researching everything up and down.

I’m booking this trip fast and soon and going in 2 months so if anyone could point me towards a hotel that sounds like it might fit my kind of trip I’d be grateful! Thank you!
