So, I’m driving down Ishikawa Bypass last Saturday around noon and as I’m passing Izumi Hospital, I see a flock of young people dressed in all black and looking very goth. They’re just walking down the sidewalk, some of them appeared to be looking for something (like a lost dog).
Anyone know what this is about? Was there a goth convention I didn’t know about? TIA
