I will be taking my family on a trip to Kyoto later this Month and unfortunately some classic dishes they would like to try contain gluten (ramen, soba, gyukatsu, etc). Some gluten-free restaurants such as Kyoto Engine Ramen have mixed reviews so I was hoping anyone had some restaurant suggestions! Non-gluten-free restaurant recommendations are also welcome.
