Seeking Advice: Hakusan, Bunkyo, or Ota for 6 Months?

Hi everyone! I’m a freelancer coming to Tokyo for 6 months and I’m torn between three neighborhoods: Hakusan (Bunkyo) and Ota (close to Shinagawa). I’m particularly interested in Hakusan (close to park), but I’m open to considering Ota depending on the pros and cons.

I enjoy a mix of social interaction and quiet time. I’m interested in exploring the city, but also value having a peaceful space to work and relax.
I’m open to both tiny apartments (like in Ota) or comfortable shared-houses (like in Bunkyo).

1. **What are the pros and cons of living in each area, considering my budget, lifestyle, etc.?**
2. **Are there any specific areas within these neighborhoods that you’d suggest I explore for housing options in central Tokyo ?**

Any additional insights or advice for a first-time visitor to Tokyo would be greatly appreciated!
