I’m looking to visit a smaller town or village to visit for about 3 days in early April. I’d like to go north of Tokyo, but no further than a 2 hour train ride. I’ve previously seen Tokyo, Osaka, and Kyoto so I’d like to see the Japanese countryside. Any suggestions?
