Not sure if it belongs here or in r/learnjapanese.
I’m thinking about applying for a language school in Japan and as a target city, I chose Kobe. According to [nisshinkyo](https://www.nisshinkyo.org/search/area.php?lng=2&area=兵庫#terms) there are 10 of them in the City, plus Lexis but the latter one is way too intense for my needs, according to the reviews I found. In 2020 I applied for Communica Institute, but after 4 times rescheduling I cancelled my semester there and this time would rather not apply there anymore – partially because of bad reviews here, and partially because of the significant tuition cost rise.
Does anyone know any good schools in the area? I was thinking about [TOYO](https://www.nisshinkyo.org/search/college.php?lng=2&id=372) but seems like I’d be the only “westerner” in the school (last year there was a single guy from Switzerland), although that could potentially benefit my speaking and learning process. Plus their JLPT passing results seem pretty good.
