Attending a conference in the Toranomon District from April 24 to 27, with a Narita arrival on the morning of April 22. Meetings are scheduled from 10 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. I need to get some stretch and steps in, but don’t want to spend time on a treadmill when in Tokyo!
I am an early riser, so I think I can squeeze a one to two hour visit to a park or a historical site with greenery. I understand that cherry blossom season will be over by late April but wisteria season will be starting. **Are there any recommendations for parks or historical sites within a 10-minute taxi or train ride from the Toranomon District?**
For more information, I have planned this for April 23:
* Nakamise-dori Street
* Senso-ji
* Sumida Park
* Hamarikyu Gardens
Glad for guidance!
