It’s my first time doing taxes myself here.

But I can’t figure out in e-Tax how I fill out those forms.
Also, somewhat unrelated but I previously did not have overseas assets that I needed to report but due to market growth and yen depreciation now I am over the reportable amount, so I’m wondering if there are any implications of this. I have never done any remittance to my American accounts from Japan.
