Going to Japan in late March. Hoping to get some feedback and suggestions for our short time there. I’m wondering if some days are overpacked (march 25 and 26, for example). Thanks in advance!
Sunday March 24:
-9:00am – ICN to NRT 11:20am – Land in Tokyo
-head to hotel in Shibuya
-HANDS store
-Shibuya Sky (book for 4 pm)
-6 pm: Group dinner at an Izakaya
Monday March 25:
-AM shopping in Shibuya (Nakano Broadway, MEGA Don Quijote, Daiso, uniqlo, Spain Slope)
-Harujuku exploration
-Shinjuku: National Garden, Godzilla statue, golden gai bar crawl?
Tuesday March 26:
-11 am: Team Lab Planets
-Tsukiji outer market for late lunch
-Explore Akihabara
-back to Shibuya area for things missed the day before
-Ebisu yokocho for dinner
Wednesday March 27:
-Asakusa: Sensoji temple OR Tokyo National Museum (*need help deciding)
-Muscle Girls around 6 pm
-7 pm reservation at Itoya Steak house
-karaoke or Nonbei Yokocho for barhopping
Thursday March 28:
-check out of hotel
-10:30am – Train to Kyoto
-bnb in Higashiyama Ward
-Murayama park
-hanamikoji street
-Fushimi Inari Shrine
-Pontocho alley for dinner at Kyomachiyaobanzai Kohaku 7 pm
Friday March 29:
-Eastern kyoto walking tour
-Higashiyama ward for group dinner: Reservation made for 7:30 pm
Saturday March 30:
-Kyoto Gyoen National Garden and imperial palace in morning
-Nishiki market for brunch
-back to bnb for luggage by 3 pm
-7 pm train to Tokyo
