On one of the Anki decks I’ve seen, there was this comment:
“Frankly after learning this for 3 months, I immediatelly dropped it after finding another deck. The one you can find in the “guide to learning Japanese” which shows you kanji and asks to translate. It’s also called 2k/6k something, I couldn’t find it on ankiweb but it’s the best one I’ve seen
Onto the point, a LOT of the words here are frankly rubbish, almost all of them are business oriented and you will learn the word “crate shipment” before learning “probably”. Its a recall deck which I thought was good at first but hearing a word you should know and having no idea what it is a real heartbreaker, it’s better to not know to how to output a word rather than not recognizing it when you see it, recognition also has the bonus of teaching you kanji, which this will never do. If you can, find the deck I was talking about and don’t waste your time like I did. You can also find it if you look up a video about learning Japanese with anki on YouTube, the guy talks about it..”
Can someone tell me which Anki deck is he talking about? I have no idea. (Btw, the deck in which I found this comment was Core 2k/6k Optimized Japanese Vocabulary with Sound Part 01)
