Do people not drink their coffee at coffee shops?

I came across this report by All Japan Coffee Association: [https://coffee.ajca.or.jp/pdf/data-inyouchosa-202306.pdf](https://coffee.ajca.or.jp/pdf/data-inyouchosa-202306.pdf) about people’s coffee drinking habits in the country. I’m surprised to see that so little coffee is drunk at coffee shops (second table) and it almost doesn’t make any sense. I know that people commonly get take-outs at coffee shops so technically they don’t drink there, but even counting those out it still seems implausible considering how many shops with seating are around. And this has persisted over the years according to report data.

Am I missing something or is the data in this report unreliable?
