The last two years were pretty stressful and I gained quite a lot weight. Gyms seem too intimidating to me and I’m working up the courage to join one once I build up some stamina with home workouts. I do enjoy pilates and figured I could start off from there and seems a lot less intimidating than a gym but I understand those classes tend to be quite expensive.
Does anybody know any affordable pilates studios that I can join as a beginner? I live in Imadegawa so I should have easy access to most areas. Thank you in advance!
