17 Day Itinerary Check and Advice (June) – Tokyo, Disneyland/Sea, Kawaguchiko, Hakone, Kyoto, Hiroshima

Hey everyone!

My wife and I are finally making our ,years in the planning, first trip to Japan for our 15th anniversary. We are arriving June 1st and departing June 17th. I know, I know, summer is going to be hot and rainy. We are from Florida so we’re hoping it won’t be too much worse than our early summer months (fingers crossed).

I’ve been working on this itinerary for the past several months, almost to the point of obsession, and I was hoping to get some advice on things to avoid, things to perhaps do instead, anything big I’m missing, and really any feedback is welcome.

I’ve included all the ‘main’ things we want to do with a rough timetable that I know will likely be unrealistic. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are all implied and we don’t have any real specific food plans aside from taking a food tour in Gion.
