Can I rent out my house to my company

Hello Japan financiers!
Looking for some insight into this:

I will most likely be purchasing a new or used house this year in Tokyo and was wondering if I can rent it out to my own company (technically I am not the president of the company but do own shares in it).
I will have a personal loan on the house. I know you are not technically supposed to rent out with a personal loan, but it seems many people are doing this and it is more of a don’t ask don’t tell situation and as long as you make the mortgage payments you should be totally fine. Is there any other setup to make this situation beneficial financially (and of course legally)?
