Is it worth having two phones due to the app stores?

I’ve moved to Japan from the UK and I’ve noticed there are certain apps not available on the UK app store. For example I wanted to get Minna Bank since it’s a digital bank, but it’s not available on the UK iPhone App Store. If I were to change app stores on my current phone I would need to cancel my subscriptions and change regions. However, my concern with this is losing access to UK apps that I using such as banking apps, and also things like 2 factor apps being lost. Does anyone have experience with this? I want to get a new phone anyway so I was going to buy a new phone, set up a new iCloud for the Japanese App Store, get an actual call sim (currently have data only) and just keep my current UK phone but just connect to wifi if I ever needed it. Does anyone have experience with this or any advice?

Any help is greatly appreciated

Answer: for iPhone’s create a new Apple ID and use this on the App Store, you can easily switch between the two.
