Hi all, I am currently in Japan and went shopping at Muji earlier. I paid by credit card (tax free) and stupidly didn’t check my receipt until after returning to my hotel late.
I noticed that I did not purchase the first three items on my receipt, which makes me think they were carried over from the customer in line before me. It came out to an additional charge of around 4200 yen.
Has anyone experienced this and was able to get it fixed? I can’t prove that I didn’t buy the items since I didn’t check right then and there. Should I bother going back to Muji or should I just cut my losses?
