The best meal I had in Japan so far was bone broth ramen from Mutekiya. I tend to be sceptical with overly famous restaurants but this one was an absolute dream.
I want to have one more unbelievable ramen before I leave Japan and I’m gonna visit next Kyoto and Osaka. Do you have a suggestion for a similar ramen to the one from Mutekiya in Kyoto or Osaka?
