Hi all, I’m a University student due to complete a year in KyotoU on the Kuinep program, starting this September.
My current uni in the UK has a 24hr library accessible to all students, but from what research I could do it seems like KyotoU’s university libraries are all only open during daylight hours. (Around 9-5 give or take a couple of hours.)
Does anyone know about any universities either accessible to the public or to KyotoU students that are open during late nights/early mornings?
