Itinerary Check 30 days: Tokyo –> Kyoto –> Osaka –> Hiroshima –> Fukuoka –> Nagano –> Tokyo

Looking for some guidance on our itinerary. Me, my wife and our 1 year baby will do a 30 day trip to Japan. We are trying not to have a rigid schedule and instead focus on things we would like to visit or do in each area. We want to be able to take things slow since our baby might need to rest or can get overwhelmed. We are also trying to avoid big trips on trains/bus/etc (bigger than 2 hours).

We like gaming related things, anime, arcades, food, to walk and get lost/explore cities, parks and nature.

We are thinking of using the Shinkansen to go from place to place and buy the ticket in a station some days before. From our calculations using an online calculator the JR Pass is not worth it.
We are thinking about taking a flight from Nagano to Tokyo.

Looking for recommendations regarding:

* Activities for our baby or places where babies can play with which other
* Activities in each area involve games, nice markets, food, etc.
* Areas where to stay in each city would be great.
* Where to take a ryokan (we would like to have that experience at least once)
* Nice Onsen spots
* Whatever you think might be useful to know 🙂

Thanks 🙂
