Hi, so Im traveling to Japan soon and sadly my mom’s phone is not able to use an esim, so Im looking into options. I found one that is honestly great for the price (mobal for anyone wondering) BUT they dont ship to my country so I gotta pick it up from the airport. The problem im running into is that it says the counter hours are 9am-6pm. My flight arrives at 630 and i highly doubt that it will take me 3 hours to go thru migration and picking up my luggage and getting the passmo card. Any idea if I will be able to pick up the sim even outside of operational hours?
