When I was in Tokyo previously, most of the kaiten sushi places I went just sent your order to you via the conveyor belts from the kitchen rather than having them spin around for anyone to take. I’m specifically looking for one that is like the latter, if anyone knows a specific location (Kura sushi/sushiro are fine!) I’d love to know.
