I am so embarrassed, sad and happy at the same time: Yesterday I had my first Japanese Ton Katsu in my life and I was totally blown away. I’m sad, that it took so long for me to find this awesome dish but I am so happy to explore the ENTIRE Jspanese kitchen and Japan is now on the top of my bucket list!
Would you give me some recommendations for some must try dishes? (Of course except sushi )
