First time preparing sushi at home…. How did I do?

  4. I’m 99% positive OP is ironically talking about rice and rolling after realizing their misleading title.

  5. Yeah this is just sashimi, which is probably a good place to start if you’re new. I bought a bamboo mat roller on Amazon and watched a couple YouTube videos. I had no issues doing rolls and even inside out roll first try. But I have prior experience rolling my own joints 🙂

    If your scared of rolling, just make Nigiri as the next step. Or hand roll, anyone should he able to do that.
