Japanese Company Sending to US as Expat

I am not sure if it is similar for all japanese companies but I heard rules are same thus asking here. I am an Indian working in a Japanese company that is sending me to US as an expat. I had few doubts related to finances of Japan. Since also I have Indian citizenship which makes me not have an address when I leave for US.

Basic change in salary structure is that they will give monthly salary in USD there, but some part every month will also be given in Japanese account including bonuses. Also i am being asked to pay Health Insurance and Tax based on Japan rates. Thus making me continue the pension payments as well. I also own stocks through Rakuten Securities.

What all changes I have to make as a rule like closing Rakuten securities account, or any suggestion on managing money for savings etc.
I think saving money in US would be beneficial seeing the change in exchange rates and also sending money to India sometimes.
