Do I stand a chance?

I’m going to Japan in October to a Japanese language school with hopes of getting a job in Japan after. I have a Bachelor in Business Administration with 3 years work experience, loan Verification and administrative work, and I’m wanting to know if I realistically stand a chance of getting a job after. I know that there’s a lot before hand to think about and I have but my main concern for this post is that if I’m able to learn Japanese to N2 or N3, what’s the chance of being able to get a job after. I’ll be 28 when I start studying and 30 when I finish.

I know that Business degree is good to have but I also know that Japanese companies would rather have Japanese workers for the most part. The school I’ll be attending does have career development centers that will help with getting a job after but I’m still wanting to know what you all think.
