Does anyone know where on the island I can find some examples of traditional ryukyukan homes? Yambaru villages maybe?
On a sidenote, I noticed that some of these kominka have been turned into restaurants and eateries for traditional ryukyukan food. Do you know of any good dining experience in preserved traditional okinawan homes? I know of shimujo and ufuya. Thanks again
