So I live in northern Kyoto with my husband in a more rural area so I thought we would be left alone by people for the most part. I’m currently pregnant and due any day now and it’s really exhausting. On top of this we are now dealing with an old woman, mid 60s maybe, who has now discovered where we live and has asked my husband if he reads the bible or is a Christian multiple times now. Yesterday she rang our doorbell and my husband answered and she gave us bread and soup packets. A few days before this, she was seen in our apartment parking lot on her phone when my husband was on his way back from the convenience store. Is this something to be worried about or am I just being an asshole about this situation? Also I should note that her initial two encounters with my husband and asking him if he’s religious took place at the college that’s 30 mins away from our apartment and we haven’t seen her around until just recently. Any thoughts or someone experienced something similar?
