I’ve been working as a sushi chef for almost 2 months now and because of how fast I’m learning and picking up on things the executive sushi chef taught me how to do salmon nigiri today. Typically chefs learn how to do nigiri at around 4 to 6 months in here. Tomorrow I get to learn yellow tail and yellow fin tuna nigiri. So take a look and tell me what you think.
