As I’m currently overthinking every little detail of my recent interview, I find myself remembering how, in talking about my 5-year trajectory and mentioning how I had initially wanted to go into mediine, I said I’d become disillusioned with the healthcare system/insurance in the US. Was this a bad idea/do you guys think it took points off of my interview? I said it in the interests of being honest and transparent and from a POV of “I want to help people in my future and I don’t feel like medicine is how I want to do it” but. now I’m worried it came across wrong 🫠
