Hi there, I wanted to get a feel on the market rate now for part timers in Tokyo.
Been reading some forums and it really ranges pretty drastically. I just moved here not long ago, so am not familiar with the hiring policies in Japan.
I am looking to hire part timers but the working hours is extremely flexible given that there is no way to track the timing (nor do I want to).
Largely it is very sales result oriented and they can do it at any time they are available.
What would be a reasonable rate per hour or can it be by commission based on the deals they close?
