I was wondering if anyone ever got a Pap smear done here. I saw that some cities like Sapporo send out vouchers to women yearly for a free Pap smear. I’ve been here for 3 years and I’ve never gotten one yet. Does any one know if Kyoto also offers a subsidy?
If so, how do you go about getting it? But if not, how much did it cost with insurance?
