Hi everyone, i’ve been wanting to surprise my wife with the Van Cleef ring of her dreams for which she’s been talking about nonstop. I will be visiting Tokyo beginning of April and I’d like to buy it in Tokyo (obviously due to the cheaper price)

Here’s my issue, at least in the US, you need to order this ring 4-8 weeks ahead of time since they never carry it in stock. I’ve tried adding money to my Skype to call the store but i cannot seem to reach them. (also sent numerous emails, no response)
Does anyone in Tokyo know or can call the Japanese Van Cleef customer relations center to verify they don’t carry it in stock and it takes 4-8 weeks to arrive at the store?
