I’m a resident, with an array of Japan issued cards that remove any problems from booking on Japanese websites. I’ve just booked (okay, ballot!) some seats for a major event at Tokyo Dome, and went through [pia.jp](https://pia.jp). However I also notice they are for sale at Viagogo for about twice as much.. which is crazy. Is that a service for non-Japan residents who are desperate? Or perhaps for people who’re unlucky in the ballot? Not come across this before.
