  1. Where did you get your fish? I’ve always wanted to try making my own but never know what kind is safe to eat.

  2. Your rice needs 1:1 water ratio – its very good rice. And i dont know which vinegar you used but kikkoman has good sushi vinegar. 1 cup of sushi rice, 2 tablespoons of vinegar. Your tuna looks good, idk whats the other stuff you put in there.

    Your nori sheets must be small, you can buy some from yamaseafood, they have the best nori at $1 a sheet.

    My real criticism is use more filling. The rice is good amount not too thin.
