Second time making nigiris and tried to make tamago too

Mostly salmon and hamachi. The gunkan maki was difficult to shape without using a lot of rice so they came out kinda tall and skinny lol. They were filled with stewed king oyster mushrooms with a sweet soy sauce and Kewpie mayo mix.

Tamago was made with a round pan so I’m fairly happy with how it turned out without a rectangular pan
