Where is the best place to propose in Japan?

I will be proposing to my long time partner when we go to Japan in autumn. We are going to Tokyo, Kyoto, Osaka, Nara, Hakone, Yamanouchi, Kanazawa, and Shirakawago.

I want to make this extra extra special, if there are any recommendations in any of or near these areas I would really appreciate your help.

Ideally it would be a beautiful quiet location with less or no people. But not so out of the way that I might be able to hire a photographer.
