As known, Kazuchika Okada is leaving New Japan. Unless if Okada can still work in Chaos, which seems unlikely, who could be the New leader. If Will Osperay was still in the group, he would definitely be the top candidate, but right now, it seems tricky. I think a younger guy like Yoh could fill the mantle, but New Japan haven’t been building him up like a potential leader. The rest of the members either aren’t credible enough, too old or aren’t with New Japan full time. Unless if Tana officially joins, which I think is unlikely, then they should have someone join the stable and become the leader, like what they did with Finlay.
