Hi, looking to get some feedback on the feasibility of my planned schedule. Worried about the practicality of logistics traveling around different cities.
Things to note:
* Schedule may seem a little weird (going from Kyoto -> tokyo -> back again) but it’s based on some friends I’m meeting up with at the middle / end of the trip.
* Concerned about Day 9 to Day 11 travel – is it too rushed to do Kanazawa / Shirakawago / Takayama in such a short period of time? Is it more reasonable to ship luggage from Kanazawa to Kyoto and just travel light from a 1-2 day trip Shirakawago and Takayama?

Again, I have some details still being planned out for the “explore” portions and am fine being a bit more spontaneous with that. I would however like to see if this travel would be a lot, especially in the middle part that I mentioned. Is it possible to use this schedule with a large checked bag? Should I just ship the luggage from point to point? Pack light (probably not possible because friend I’m with has a hard time doing that :))? Or scrap the Shirakawago detour and stick to the major cities?
