I want to buy this pass but I’m worrying the exchange location. Unlike Kansai Wide Area Pass ( which only available for “temporary visitor only), this pass cannot be exchange at the “midori madoguchi” and specify that I have to exchange at certain exchange office centers.
My concern is that from the place I’m departing (Takamatsu) , it is not listed in the exchange center but the route is covered by the pass . Can I use the pass before exchanging it ? I will be making my way to Okayama station which then have an exchange office.
I have tried emailing the customer service and no response so far I’m hoping to buy it for this weekend…. Please help if u have used this pass before.
