What is your favorite 7/11 food?

So far my favorite is the Tiramisu. What do you buy?

  1. Not really food per se, but I like their smoothie using the in-store blending machine

  2. Got tipsy after a few drinks at a bar. Went in 7-11 in Japan and asked for 4 boneless fried chiken.

    Their chiken were amazing!

  3. Pretty simple choices but never a let down – curry bread & a spicy mayo fried chicken onigiri. Always a solid late night snack for me.

  4. The Apple Danishes. They (and the equivalents in Lawson and Family Mart) were basically my breakfast almost every day on my recent Japan trip.

  5. They have a dish that consists of rice with grilled beef on top. So good! I also like their eggs and of course Onigiri and whipped cream puffs.

  6. For a late night snack when I was in Tokyo, I’d often pop into 7 and grab an egg salad sandwich, the kind with a sliced soft boiled egg in the middle, a bag of potato chips, and an alcohol free beer from one of the Japanese brands and a dessert from the refrigerated case.

And the same in Taipei but the alcohol free Taiwan Beer. (I stopped drinking 3 years ago and so was super psyched that I could enjoy my Asian beers still!)

  7. fukamushipan – the plain deep steamed bread, I would buy multiples of these to stick in my bag.

  8. bought teriyaki skewers(chicken, skin, chicken tail).. really like them.

my kid loves tuna onigiri, she had it for breakfast daily when we were there

and i was addicted to melon soda….

  9. Melonpan and the butter soy sauce French fries

Also as someone who doesn’t like cold drinks, the hot teas are so convenient

  10. Melon Pan and Onigiri from Lawson. Ate it damn near every day for two weeks.

  11. I ate way too many of the Teriyaki Chicken Egg Salad Sandwiches when I visited. I don’t know how the bread is so soft.

  12. Spicy fried chicken patty, Chuhigh, and one of those strong ass sparkling waters that shakes your whole damn nervous system

  13. Salmon onigiri, it’s super delicious but I don’t like that I have to wrap the seaweed around the onigiri

  14. They do packets of 5 gyoza with dipping sauce. I had them at least once a day.

  15. I’ll pick one for breakfast, lunch, and dessert!

Breakfast: No one is topping the teriyaki chicken and egg sandwich. It hits the spot every time.

Lunch: If you aren’t going to that hot case and grabbing that delicious chicken から揚げ, you need to go back and get some.

Dessert: easily the best thing is their takoyaki or たこやき (that may be wrong, I’m still practicing).

  16. I only found it once but sweet potato onigiri in tofu skin. And I ate so many egg salad sandwiches. The melting cheesecake was good too.
