Any way I can figure out which bank account I have in Japan? (For Tax return in US and FBAR report)

Hi, US tax report season here. it looks like I have to report all of my foreign bank account balance and dividend income for the year 2023. About 8 years ago, I opened some bank accounts in Japan but I don’t remember all of them. Is there any way I can search which bank account I opened?

\+ I only had like 100 yen or less in those accounts. Would this actually matter for FBAR purpose?
